Quality

The year 1992 marks the beginning of a new era in the company Henriques & Henriques, S.A., with the implementation of a Quality Management System. In 1994 we obtained the ISO 9002 certification. With this project, the company began to integrate procedures and production goals for its efficient and full satisfaction of the needs and expectations of its clients with whom have maintained a relationship of trust throughout its activity.

In 2003 we carried out the transition of certification to the Portuguese standard NP EN ISO 9001. By implementing a strategy for quality, Henriques & Henriques, S.A. made an investment that provided capital gains to the company, continuing the behaviors of continuous improvement and full satisfaction of our clients, following the certification obtained in 1994.

In 2012 the company obtained certification according to the standards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, which reflect the commitment that Henriques & Henriques, S.A. took over for good practices in issues of environmental and safety, health and hygiene of our employees. In 2020, the certification transition in the scope of Safety and Health at Work from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 was carried out.

Currently we count on the French ACS certification (Atestation de Conformité Sanitaire) for equipment that are intended to be in contact with drinking water.

We are presently in the certification process for obtaining the NSF certification.
